Job Description
- Perform 3 ways matching invoices purchased from local and oversea trade suppliers
- Work closely with MMD, MD and Logistic team related to shipment import oversea trade
- Check custom clearance documents and follow up with agency to submit on time
- Monthly preparation summary logistic report
- Monthly submission customs and freight for tax declaration
- Scan supporting documents of freight and customs import for tax declaration
- Prepare stock in transit report and perform journal entry
- Monthly freight and oversea trade purchasing analysis report
- Monthly comparison demurrage charge report
- Submission weekly shipment report to payment team
- Monthly submission of advance custom payment report
- Prepare monthly payment by PO report and submit to payment team
- Monthly purchase, inventory and COGS reconciliation report
- Prepare concessionaire closing 2 times per month and confirm to rebate team
- Prepare good return note report 2 times per month and submit to rebate team
- Prepare exchange rate and credit notes report 2 times per month for local tax declaration
- Monthly balance confirmation for local trade suppliers
- Other tasks will be assigned by Management
Job Requirement
- Studying or graduated bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or related field
- At least 2 years working experiences
- Knowledge of Accounting Standard is desirable
- Experience about spreadsheet and pivotable
- Able to use accounting system PROFIT and SAP is preferred
- Good in English for communication and written
- Willing to learn new things and strong commitment
- Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude Work hard and honestly
- Be flexible and responsible
- Able to work on the weekend and holiday.
