Job Description
- Manage purchase & control stock and follow up with supplier about stock. Work with supplier if there is any issue happen.
- Guide staff to display item on basic shelf, promotion, fair and using FIFO method.
- Double check on 4P and expire checklist to make sure that our staff complete checking by row.
- Double check product expiry date as daily and monitoring the expiry date of merchandise.
- Report to supplier about stock that close to expire date in order to support promotion clearance or exchange.
- Checking roster of staff to ensure that they are on duty.
- Leading staff to prepare backroom, full fill display and make POP.
- Other duties will be assigned by Management.
- Participate in company events such stock take, tree planting and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
- To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
- To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
- To read the Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required
Job Requirement
- Hight School Graduation or Relevant fields.
- Good in Khmer both verbal and written.
- General Knowledge in Society
- Can use computer Microsoft application excel word PowerPoint email.
- Able to perform under pressure and positive attitude.
- Willing to learn new things.
- Creative perception and honestly
- Able to Work rotate weekend or holiday.
- Good Communication with teamwork, Good Grooming hygiene.
