Job Description
- Support job fair preparation
- Update Recruitment Master List
- Support collecting and follow-up all required documents from new staff
- Support existing staff movement preparation
- Assist in organizing interviews (facilitate schedule arrangement with hiring department & candidates)
- Support confirming and new staff on boarding
- Support posting job announcement, and updating
- Standardize Personnel Filing all required documents for current and resign staff
- Support exit interview arrangement
- Support turnover report
- Prepare manpower report
- Prepare monthly Recruitment expense
- Communicate policies and procedures with employees
- Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirement
- Fresh graduates in human resource or business administration field are encouraged to apply
- Be able to use computer (Ms. Office/Ms. Excel)
- Be able to communicate in English
- Willingness to learn, challenge and work as a team
- Personality: Strong, mature, patient and challenging etc.
- Able to work on the weekend and holiday.
