Job Description

  • Assist customer to find the products they are looking for.
  • Answer customer’s queries and providing guidance on product selection to customers.
  • Ensuring price label correctly of each merchandiser before store opening.
  • Ensure merchandise are arranged properly on the shelf or gondola.
  • Monitor all the slow moving & dead stock to avoid expired merchandise.
  • Check products expiry date.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervision.
  • Sharing information about customer voice or any arising issues
  • Check fitting room and make sure no merchandize or hunger in fitting and fitting room clean.
  • Participate in company events such stock take, tree planting and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned.
  • To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
  • To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
  • To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
  • To read the Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
  • To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Job Requirement

  • Graduate High School
  • Good in Khmer both verbal and written
  • Good attitude, hardworking, honesty and strong commitment.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
