Job Description

  • Control and prepare report of staff leave requisition
  • Input Disciplinary in Master Excel file and SAP.
  • Staff “Movement report all store” to Ministry.
  • Process Employment work book
  • Process Foreign staffs’ stay permit extension
  • Arrange Japanese to do the require documents such as NSSF, Bank account, Health Check.
  • Process work permit card
  • Process NSSF payment
  • Prepare Month reports: PHL Al, monthly fee, OSH ect.
  • Support Payroll (Open OT quota, Delete Time Data, etc….)
  • Internal Letter (Promotion/Transfer/Salary adjustment/Increment letter/Probation letter)
  • Support Internal staff Health Check-up.
  • OT Report.
  • Disciplinary Report.
  • Create and deactivate SAP users.
  • Other tasks as per supervisor assignment.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource or business administration field
  • Be able to use computer (Ms. Office 365)
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Willingness to learn, challenge and work as a team
  • Personality: Strong, mature, patient and challenging etc.
  • Able to work on the weekend and holiday.
