Job Description
- Overall to control all MaxValu stores by area and by location, but a specific store assigned by the MV senior GM.
- Establish organizational goals, performance objectives, guidelines and best practices that are based on Board Policy and strive towards achieving them.
- Oversee, assist, and supervise all department managers in planning and performance to achieve all goals and objectives.
- Driving sales, standards and growth within your department and the store
- Achieving all KPI’s and targets as directed by head office
- Oversee all store operations based on the goals, objectives, and standards of the organization.
- Leading, developing, and motivating a large team of colleagues
- Make countermeasures to prevent the issues happens: Meeting, Training, Questioning, Problem Solving, Requesting.
- Driving sales, standards and growth within your department and the store
- Show about the company Profit and Loss to below level how to improve with current situation.
- Provide a model of supportive and participatory leadership promoting the concepts of team building and empowerment.
- Ensuring that all health and safety and standard operating procedures are always adhered
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or relevant fields
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
- Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Merchandising and Operation is desirable
- Good in computer Microsoft application and other accounting software
- Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
- Good Health condition & teamwork
- Willing to learn new things
- Creative perception and honestly
- Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
