- Winners will be contacted through the phone number provided on the ticket.
- Winners can redeem the prize 7 days after the result announcement by bringing a Lucky Draw Ticket Slip, Cambodian National ID or Passport (original) or other legal documents that are necessary.
- A lucky Draw Ticket with unclear or not enough information is considered invalid.
