Grocery Merchandiser

Job Description

  • Prepare plan order to suppliers
  • Maintain and reserve stock with suppliers to avoid OOS
  • Negotiate with suppliers about the promotion monthly
  • Monthly checking stock at Kerry W.H
  • Analyze assortment <Slow/ fast moving item>
  • Make plan transfer from Kerry W.H to all GMS and all MV stores
  • Ensure OP execute the plans correctly <Schematic plan>
  • Do cost change promotion for Supplier W.H
  • Analyze sales and GP
  • Ensure above tasks compete deadline
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Division Head
  • To check selling areas to find any issue and fix them with OP and then share with other stores to improve or prevent. For good points/ good practices, share with other stores.
  • Drop PO to suppliers to Kerry W.H
  • Check Cost promotion
  • Make Plan transfer from Kerry W.H to all GMS and MV stores
  • Negotiation with supplier about promotion
  • Solving problem with suppliers
  • Make PO and drop to suppliers
  • Make transfer from Kerry W.H to all stores
  • Follow up schedule transfer from Kerry W.H to all stores
  • Make plan reserving stock with suppliers
  • PDCA: Plan=> Do=> Check => Action
  • Make Plan 3 months order to suppliers
  • Negotiate Monthly and yearly promotion
  • Do cost change promotion by monthly
  • Make plan a whole year for ordering to suppliers
  • PDCA: Plan=> Do=> Check => Action

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields of retailing business
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
  • Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel/merchandising systems, and
    excellent communication
  • Honesty
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be creative and deta i !-orientated
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to inspire others
  • A background in merchandising, marketing, and/ or is preferred
  • High willingness to explore, accept changes & challenges
  • Learn quickly and have willing to share
  • Able to perform under pressure and positive attitude
  • Able to influence people in the direction to achieve company’s goals
  • Good Health condition & good teamwork
  • Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
  • Good in Khmer and English both verbal and writing
