- Prepare schematic plan/ update schematic plan
- Negotiations <Price, Promotion, trading term, demand plan … >
- Planning <Promotions, Fair and other activities to drive more sales>
- Trading Term Agreement Renewal
- Analyze sa les and GP
- Maintain product quality standards
- Market survey weekly Head
- To manage inventor- turnover days [TOD]
- To add and remove SKU from EC
- To negotiate with suppliers for best cost prices
- PDCA: P l an => Do=> Check => Action
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields of retailing business
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
- Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel/merchandising systems, and excellent communication
- Honesty
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be creative and detail-orientated
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to inspire others
- A background in merchandising, marketing, and/ or is preferred
- High willingness to explore, accept changes & challenges
- Learn quickly and have willing to share
- Able to perform under pressure and positive attitude
- Able to influence people in the direction to achieve company’s goals
- Good Health condition & good teamwork
- Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
- Good in Khmer and English both verbal and writing
