Job Description

  • Preparation the estimation Sale, GP, PA, responsible division
  • Negotiating with supplier for the best term and condition in order to achieve the margin according to company target and ministry requirements.
  • Analysing sales and inventory data as weekly, monthly, yearly
  • Planning and organize the promotion plan
  • Preparing action plan and countermeasure to achieve sale target of each category.
  • Assisting assistance Pharmacy Manager to manage and develop of the Health and Beauty categories and relevant category. (Arrange schematic plan, update schematic plan for GMS, MV)
  • Support both GMS and MV business to make sure business is growing
  • Managing the selling performance according to product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
  • Develop effectiveness countermeasure for Pharmacy and Aeon Wellness division and share to all management during MD & EC meeting
  • Supporting on arrangement & Display base on the technical
  • Select and prepare assortment plan for each seasonal
  • To ensure and coordinate team to achieve company’s yearly sales/ GP budget
  • To ensure with team to complete tasks with deadline
  • To provide advice to pharmacist who representation license for processing the documents with legal and Ministry of Health.
  • Attended training from MOH and sharing any related information from MOH to related management
  • Sharing products knowledge to each OP store staff
  • Control TOD of Pharmacy (Managing purchase and controlling the stock movement)
  • Sharing the Product Knowledge with OP team
  • Participate Stock Take & Responsible for FL and HBC line Inventory control.
  • PDCA: Planà Doà Check à Action
  • Other tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, retail, or a related field may be preferred.
  • Previous experience 2 to 3 year in merchandising or retail preferred.
  • Working knowledge of financial reporting principles and strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of basic word-processing tools
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Able to manage suppliers and vendors and conduct staff training.
  • Good communication skills, both written, verbal and listening.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Good creativity and ability to innovate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in working with team members, and suppliers.
  • Strong negotiation skills to work with suppliers and make better deals for the company.
  • Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate.
  • Ability to work with a team.
