Job Description
- Control and prepare report of staff leave requisition
- Input Disciplinary in Master Excel file and SAP.
- Staff “Movement report all store” to Ministry.
- Process Employment work book
- Process Foreign staffs’ stay permit extension
- Arrange Japanese to do the require documents such as NSSF, Bank account, Health Check.
- Process work permit card
- Process NSSF payment
- Prepare Month reports: PHL Al, monthly fee, OSH ect.
- Support Payroll (Open OT quota, Delete Time Data, etc….)
- Internal Letter (Promotion/Transfer/Salary adjustment/Increment letter/Probation letter)
- Support Internal staff Health Check-up.
- OT Report.
- Disciplinary Report.
- Create and deactivate SAP users.
- Other tasks as per supervisor assignment.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource or business administration field
- Be able to use computer (Ms. Office 365)
- Be able to communicate in English
- Willingness to learn, challenge and work as a team
- Personality: Strong, mature, patient and challenging etc.
- Able to work on the weekend and holiday.
