HOME COORDY MANAGER

Job Description

Major Duties: Major Duties:

1.  Sales,  Profit & KPI Management
• Take responsibility for Sales, Gross  Profit Amount,  GPI %, Inventory, and Turnover Days
• Manage  budget achievement and profitability of Home Coordy  categories
• Conduct sales analysis, inventory  analysis,  and performance reporting
• Develop  improvement actions  based on category  performance analysis
• Execute  inventory  efficiency  and profit improvement initiatives

2. Branding  & Promotion Management
• Develop  and execute  Home Coordy  branding strategies
• Maintain  brand guidelines and brand image standards
• Create  and manage  the following promotional  materials:
-Store POP and signage
-Display promotional materials
-Catalogs and promotional  visuals
-Video and DVD contents
-SNS and digital  promotional materials
• Maintain  brand consistency across all stores
• Execute  seasonal  promotions and marketing  campaigns
• Provide store display  and VMD guidance
• Monitor  store execution and brand standard  compliance

3. Product  Development
• Lead product development for all Home Coordy categories
• Develop  PB (Private  Brand) and exclusive products
• Coordinate product development with overseas  teams and country  representatives
• Optimize  product specifications, design, quality, and pricing
• Develop  product concepts  suitable  for ASEAN  markets
• Promote differentiated and value-added  product  development

4. Ordering, Replenishment & Inventory  Management
• Manage ordering and replenishment plans based on budget
• Prevent stock shortages and maintain optimal  inventory  levels
• Monitor  inventory  conditions and improve  inventory  turnover
•  Coordinate delivery  schedules with suppliers and logistics  teams
• Develop  and execute  actions  for slow-moving stock (markdowns, clearance, etc.)
• Manage  product  registration and master data maintenance

5. Supply  Chain & Sourcing Management
• Develop  and improve  the Home Coordy supply  chain
• Strengthen coordination with suppliers, logistics,  and store operations
• Manage overseas and domestic  sourcing  activities
• Negotiate pricing,  MOQ,  lead time, and commercial terms
• Improve  procurement efficiency  and shorten  lead times
• Build strategic supplier  partnerships

6. Merchandising Strategy  & Assortment Management
• Develop  assortments based on market trends  and customer needs
• Analyze  pricing structures and optimize  pricing strategies
• Manage  PB and NB balance
•  Optimize SKU structure and category  lineup
• Improve  floor  productivity and sales efficiency

7. Store  Execution  & Operations Coordination
• Explain  merchandising strategies and promotions to store teams
•  Ensure execution of displays, pricing, and promotions
•  Conduct store  visits and provide improvement guidance
• Support  merchandising education  and store operations
•  Maintain  store  presentation standards

8. Market  Research  & Competitor Analysis
• Conduct market  research  and competitor analysis

• Analyze competitors’  assortments, pricing, displays, and promotions
• Analyze customer trends and new business opportunities
• Develop competitive countermeasures

 9. Communication  & Coordination
• Coordinate with merchandising, logistics, operations, suppliers, and management
• Maintain effective communication  with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentation materials

10. Team Management
• Train and develop merchandising staff
• Conduct staff evaluation and feedback
• Manage team operations and process improvements
• Promote organizational communication

II. Special Assignments
• Execute projects and assignments instructed by SGM
• Support company-wide strategic projects
• Support new business and branding initiatives

Other Duties
•   Participate  in company events such as stock take, tree planting, and other Corporate Social

Responsibility as assigned.

•   To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
•   To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service always.
•   To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
•   To  read the Employee  Handbook  and  understand and adhere  to the company’s   rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
•   To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Job Requirement

Jobs Requirements

•   Practical communication skills in Japanese.
•   Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, retail, or a related field may be preferred.
•   Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
•    Working  knowledge of  financial   reporting   principles  and  strong   numerical  and  analytical ski lis.
•    Computer literacy and knowledge of basic word-processing tools
•    Knowledge of sales and marketing  principles
•    Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
•    Able to manage suppliers  and vendors  and conduct  staff training.
•    Good communication skills, both written,  verbal and listening.
•    Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
•    Good creativity and ability to innovate.
•     Strong  interpersonal skills in working  with team members,  and suppliers.
•    Strong  negotiation skills to work with suppliers and make better deals for the company.
•    Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase  orders are accurate.
•     Ability to work with a team
