Assistant Stock Control Manager _ Able to use Japanese

Job Description

The candidate must know how to read and speak Japanese language.
Overall, to control stock of all MaxValu stores such as: TopValu Item and KatoSangyo items such as Grocery, D n D (Chilled and Frozen) and HBC including private brand ( IC, HC and Daiso.
Control stock such as: OOS from our store; OOS from supplier; increase Fast Moving item QTY and reduce slow moving item QTY to reduce turnover date. Report OOS from supplier then settle issue with merchandiser then do the presentation by weekly meeting what is the counter measure form u and from merchandiser.
Work with Logistic for late update of stock and late delivery base on MV rule
Work with WH merchandiser about weekly ordering plan, and just in case of special order of direct order or increase order
Analyze stock and make Min and Max by SKUs on shelf
Control big packaging size of item by ordering only from the store, then sharing it to other stores by your decision
Control near expired item, discount item, then share it to other stores which can sale these items by your decision. Or return to supplier
Control PA (Discount and PA0) to improve ordering plan and improve GP 1.
Run report of high QTY sale items by local supplier and keep one file to check stock by weekly then reorder to make sure those items are in stock.
If supplier OOS, you will report to MD then do the presentation in weekly meeting, what is your counter measure and what is MD feedback?
Check all process of update Docs of transfer items from WH, from direct local order and other Docs.
Support to do stock investigation of stock take with issues, reason and result with counter measures
Assist to update stock of Grab Mart and Food Panda, WowNow, Egets and Bloc
Support of small DC item task from MV CCV to all MV stores by plan
Other tasks will be assigned by Managements

✓Ability to communicate in English and Japanese

✓Ability to communicate with people from multiple positions

✓Experience in sales and planning positions

✓Experience in product marketing and promotion

✓Presentation material preparation skills, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
