Job Description
- Find assortment _ New Items
- Analyze assortment <Slow/ fast moving item>
- Prepare schematic plan/ update schematic plan
- Negotiations <Price, Promotion, trading term, demand plan,..>
- Planning <Promotions, Fair and other activities to drive more sales>
- Ensure OP execute the plans correctly <Schematic plan, Promotion, SOP…>
- Trading Term Agreement Renewal
- Analyze sales and GP
- Generate GP2 such as space rental, and other rebates
- Market survey weekly
- Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Division Head

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
- At least 1 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
- Honesty
- A background in merchandising, marketing, and/ or is preferred
- Learns quickly and have willing to share
- Able to perform under pressure and positive attitude
- Good Health condition & good teamwork
- Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
- Good in Khmer and English both verbal and writing
- Good in Microsoft Excel
