Job Description
Conduct briefing in Division
- Monitoring on staff and promoter attendance.
- Sharing on yesterday sales achievement, today sales budget, up to date
- Sharing sales achievement, promotion and company updates.
- Brief on staff education – job knowledge for new merchandise and promotion
- Sharing information about customer voice or any arising issues
Check Staff Greeting
Checking staff and promoter behavior:
- Do you see staff / promoters BOW?
- Do staffs / promoters assist customer?
- Do staffs / promoters chit chatting in a group?
- Do staffs / promoters have enough merchandise knowledge?
Manage Sales Floor
- Checking on cleanliness of sales floor
- Maintain and improve Merchandise Display, Decoration POP and show card.
- Maintain good condition of lighting, fixtures and selling equipment.
- Hourly patrolling of all departments, to ensure sale area & backroom well arrange and staff standby.
- Ensure no obstacle at passageway and bulk display is properly.
Manage Fitting Room
- Checking staff for fitting room control by refer to the schedule.
- Checking on fitting room condition and cleanliness and maintenance – room lighting, left over apparel/merchandise, unused hanger and also make sure basket and barrack is allocated outside the fitting room is always clean.
Check POP, Show Card & Price Card
- Checking all the promotion POP is updated and available.
- POP and show card have correct price, format & description.
- All mannequins must attach with show card and nice display.
- Make sure all merchandise has the price tag / label.
- Make sure all display merchandise has price card including concessionaire.
- Ensure all the gondola ends have price indicator, either POP or price card.
- No torn & dirty POP and show card
Backroom Management
- Checking safety management and cleanliness of backroom.
- Checking on slow moving and take action / countermeasure.
- Merchandise is arranged on shelf and not direct onto floor or hanging on barrack.
- No Cart – rack, customer trolley and customer basket are available in the back room
- No empty boxes and rubbish in the backroom.
- Merchandise is arrange accordingly especially by batch or FIFO basis to easy control dead stock and slow moving item.
- Damaged item to be differentiate for return or PA0.
- Check the arrangement of backroom and make sure not stock on floor and all stock should be well arrange and organize properly.Other Duties
- Participate in company events such stock take, tree planting and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
- To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
- To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
- To read the Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
Job Requirement
Job Requirements:
- Graduated High School or relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
- Good problem solving: Able to identify causes of problems and provide solutions to the team.
- Good at staff motivation: inspired team to achieve company goal.
- Able to lead team and develop staff abilities.
- Good communicate with team.
- Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written.
- Good in computer Microsoft application
- Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude.
- Good Health condition & teamwork
