Job Description

  • To support daily requesting Non-Trade materials from each department
  • To purchase Non-Trade materials at outside (wet market or other local shop) for support each department
  • To make a transfer Non-Trade materials from store to support each department for using
  • To receive & answer phone call from staff, supplier, and customers for any support from them
  • To arrange company transportation for staff or management requesting
  • To send and receive documents from express services (DHL, Fed Ex or EMS…)
  • To print monthly documents using for putting at each place properly
  • To prepare and stick company information or announcement on each company information board properly.
  • To prepare & support company events such as staff birthday, staff trip or other company Creativities
  • To make Grab registration for GMS1 staff
  • To arrange each room properly before starting meeting or other events
  • To check all rooms (Meeting room, office room, locker room, rest room.) are well clean & good arrangement.
  • To arrange & clean Administration back room properly
  • To make a daily report of stationery and other Non-Trade materials
  • To keying every monthly yellow receipt invoice in excel.
  • To provide Grab code to all GMS1 & MVs staff requesting in group or personal
  • To make Business card for GMS1 and MVs staff.
  • Other tasks will assign by Manager.

Other Duties

  • Participate in company events such stock take, tree planting and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned.
  • To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
  • To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
  • To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
  • To read the Employee Handbook and understand and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
  • To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Job Requirement

  • Fresh graduated in business or general administration or related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Be able to speak English language, & computer literacy (Ms. Office)
  • Good interpersonal
  • Able working under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, honest, and high responsibility.
  • Willing to learn, challenge, and work as a team.
  • Able to work on the weekend and public holiday.
