Job Description
Major Duties :
- Visit the new property with your superior and understand the current situation. Based on this, will organize development issues and submit them to superior.
- Create materials such as concepts, drawings, and schedules, make proposals to superiors, and discuss direction.
- Create layout plans for new stores and renewal plans for existing stores, and propose and provide them to related departments.
- Will create bidding materials based on this plan and submit/propose to superior about contractors who will participate in the bidding along with the reasons for recommending them.
- Create a contract for the contractor, thoroughly understand and confirm the contents, and then submit it to superior.
- Visit the site regularly (at least once a week) and confirm that major control items (safety, process or process, quality, budget) are being promoted as planned.
- Assess problems and risks and discuss and coordinate solutions and preventive measures with contractors (if necessary, hold coordination meetings on site).
- Will manage contracts, orders, deliveries, and construction of contractors, equipment, construction materials, etc.
- Create approval documents and purchase applications as necessary, check for errors and omissions, and submit to superiors.
- Participate in handover inspections with superiors to ensure there are no problems or remaining work. If there are any issues pointed out or outstanding tasks, will compile them into a list, deal with them smoothly and quickly, and report the completion to the superior again.
- Compile handover documents (updated layout, area table, each drawings, instruction manual, etc.), check for any deficiencies, and then submit to superior.
- Coordination and preparation for each meeting as necessary.
- Other support for superiors (document preparation, preparation for internal meetings, etc.).
Other Duties :
- Participate in assigned corporate events such as inventory counts, tree planting, and other corporate social responsibility activities.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
- To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Read the employee handbook and understand and comply with company rules and regulations, especially fire, sanitation, health, and safety policies and procedures.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Job Requirement
Job Requirements :
- Can speak Khmer and English fluently both orally and in writing.
- Ability to use Microsoft (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.) or construction drawing software on computer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction / Equipments or Facilities Management related field or 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Serves as a role model for staff and demonstrates leadership.
- Understand higher-level policies and be able to carry out work while controlling egoism.
- Manage and run multiple projects simultaneously.
- Those who are willing to learn new things and take on challenges.
- Those who can carry out work from a short- to medium-term perspective for the development of the company.
