Job Description
- Operate operation of online shopping business.
- Respond customer inquiry through Phone call, Viber, telegram, Messenger.. .etc
- Process refund transaction and tax invoice
- Oversee cashing counter, Settle Cybersource system, ABA, and cashier report
- To ensure order deliver to customer on time
- Closing daily report of rider/agency delivery fee
- Closing daily sale report, transaction report, promotion report
- Other tasks will be assigned by Management
Other Duties
- Participate in company events such stock take, tree planting and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
- To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
- To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
- To read the Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or relevant field
- At least 1year experience in similar position or Retail Business
- Proficiency in English both writing & reading
- Ability to define problems, collect data, report, and analysis
- Good in Microsoft Office & other system will be advantage
- Ability to work effectively on communication skill
- Replace of PIC of rebate and handling of negotiation task.
- Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.
