Accounting Executive_Trade-01 Position

Job Description

  • Invoice checking from local Suppliers
  • Matching and adjustment invoices
  • Check Suppliers actual invoice information compared to master report
  • Invoice scan and upload to share team
  • Daily exchange rate record
  • Daily checking PO and follow up Suppliers to submit invoice
  • Daily checking and follow up Suppliers to submit CN
  • Open PO status
  • Checking RN in proforma report compared to document on hand
  • Rebate setting in profit system
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or relevant fields
  • At least 1 years of experience in Trade or Non-Trade
  • Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Accounting standard and Cambodia Taxation is desirable
  • Good in computer Microsoft application and other accounting software
  • Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
  • Good Health condition & teamwork
  • Willing to travel and learn new things
  • Creative perception and honestly
  • Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.
