Job Description
- Following Supervisor above to Store Manager has daily weekly monthly assign task.
- Cashiering to customer during payment
- Do Purchase order through Profit System
- Receiving Merchandise and display Merchandise
- Daily checking expired.
- Daily checking store cleanliness.
- Cutting daily PA0
- Opening store or Closing store base on working shift
- Manage and educated the below team
- Assisting to Processing doc (Adjust PO, HR doc, IT request, Hygiene material request…)
- Make Price Card
- Checking temperature in daily
Other Duties
- To understand about sale and customer trend daily weekly and monthly.
- Challenging the change of the company growth base on the economics, crisis, or other factors happen
- Develop the team how to follow the rule to achieve the standard operation
- Participate in company events such stock take, tree planting, company internal training and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned
- Be able to work very flexible working hours: Weekend, Public Holiday, and Night shift
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
- To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service always
- To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
- Join the company staff briefing, company internal meeting and leading our internal department meeting
- To read the Employee Handbook and understand and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
Job Requirement
• At least 3months of experience in a comparable position in another industry
• So so in Khmer and English both verbal and written Knowledge of Merchandising and Operation is desirable
• Good in computer Microsoft application and other accounting software
• Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
• Good Health condition & teamwork
• Willing to learn new things
• Creative perception and honestly
• Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
