Job Description
- Find assortment-New Items Local & Oversea
- Analyze assortment <Slow/ fast moving item>
- Check Sa les & GP by weekly at GMS, MV
- Check Slow-moving & High PA, PAO by items [GMS & MV]
- Negotiation Promotion with Supplier Oversea
- Negotiation Promotion with Local supplier to bear cost
- Planning Promotions, Fair and other activities to drive more sa les
- Do Cost Change GMS & MV [request adjust price from supplier, promotion … ]
- Do price change GMS & MV [Promotion, Markup-Mark down, EDLP … ]
- Do schematic plan GMS & MV and update schematic
- Do TTA [Renew TTA for existing supplier “increasing rebate or Anniversary support” and
- do new TTA for new supplier]
- Space Rental [Negotiate space rental from supplier to increase GP2]
- Control Promotion Scan sales and Special promotion from supplier propose [if have]
- Update assortment & Promotion and upload new assortment in EC
- Check POP Price and POP Promotion
- PDCA: Plan-7 Do-7 Check -7 Action
- Other tasks assigned by superior
- To check selling areas to find any issue and fix them with OP and then share with other
stores to improve or prevent. For good points/ good practices, share with other stores. - To make sure with store operation to execute merchandising plans such as schematic
plan, POP, Price card, displays, product facing … in the morning - Check assortment in EC [Price, Photos, OOS, Discontinued items]
- PDCA: Plan=> Do=> Check => Action
- Do cost change & Price change clearance by store [For only product nearly expired]
- Check last week’s sales and Neire, PA, PAO by stores and take necessary actions
- Check 10 sales SKU by department and by stores and take actions with OP team
- Extra promotion with all suppli ers for all GMS, MV, Ec
- Do next week focus

- Promotion monthly, seasona l, Great week for All GMS, MV & Ec and complete before
10th of month - Control master list for both GMS & MV for 3 Pattern’s [C lean slow moving, Discontinued
base on ABC analysis] - Promotion exclusive in EC [1 month 1 time or 2 items]
- Prepare material for MD Official MV Official meeting & EC official meeting.
- Check ABC analysis by the merchandising coord inator, then execute
- Prepare list for discontinue assortments and add new assortments for both physical
stores and EC - Check categories either increase or decrease space/ layout based on ABC analysis
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields of retai ling business
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/merchandising systems, and excellent communication Honesty
- Exceptiona l interpersona l and communication skills
- Must be creative and detail-orientated
- A background in merchandising, marketing, and/ or is preferred
- Good Health condition & good teamwork
- Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
- Good in Khmer and English both verba l and writing
