Job Description
- To develop Existing items and Check schematic plan .
- To ensure price strategies such as permanent price, promotion price to win competitors
- Make sure the team add and remove SKU from EC
- To manage stock, purchasing and stock point from Supplier, WH.
- To manage assortment and its category strategy
- To bui lds partnerships with vendors suppliers by coordinating team to negotiate suppliers’ rebate such as space renta l, purchase rebate, credit terms, anniversary support, listing fee …
- To ensure with team to complete tasks with deadline
- Other tasks assigned by superior
- To make sure with store operation to execute merchandising plans such as schematic
- plan, POP, Price card, displays, product facing … in the morning .
- To check selling areas to find any issue and fix them with OP and then share with other stores to improve or prevent.
- For good points/ good practices, share with other stores.
- PDCA: Plan => Do => Check => Action
- To arrange meetings for Operation for weekly results, pending tasks and next planning
for team to implement - To do monthly Sales, Neire & GP landing estimation
- To check last week’s sa les and Neire, PA, PAO by stores and take necessary actions
- To check 10 sales SKU department and by stores and take actions with team and OP
- To coordinate with team for next week focus
- To check and monitor sa les at Event Areas such as fair activities to make sure OP execute
- MD plans correctly
- PDCA: Plan ~ Do~ Check ~ Action
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields of retailing business
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
- Have background in merchandising and Operation.
- Able to communicate in English via email from multi position.
- Good relationship with teamwork.
- Presentation material preparation ski lls, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.
- Good Health condition & good teamwork
- Good in Khmer and English both verbal and writing
- Check and feedback all related problem from customer on product, service, and cros department comment.
