Deputy Store Manager

Job Description

Major Duties:

  • Assisting Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store Establish organizational goals.
  • Oversee, assist, and supervise all department managers in planning and performance to achieve all goals and objectives.
  • Support Manager to think how to Be Driving sales, standards and growth within your department and the store
  • Achieving all KPI’s and targets as directed by head office.
  • Oversee all store operations based on the goals, objectives, and standards of the organization.
  • Leading, developing, and motivating a large team of colleagues.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer service,
  • Report customer complaints to store manager.
  • Deal directly with customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.
  • Assisting Store Manager to Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
  • Ensuring that all health and safety and standard operating procedures are always adhere
  • Making Daily, Weekly and Monthly staff Roster
  • Do SAP for total store staffs
  • Join all company training program and arrange

Other Duties

  • To understand about sale and customer trend, breakdown monthly and daily budget, and staff productivity
  • Challenging the change of the company growth base on the economics, crisis, or other factors happen
  • Develop the team how to follow the rule to achieve the standard operation
  • Participate in company events such stock take, tree planting, company internal training and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned
  • Be able to work very flexible working hours: Weekend, Public Holiday, and Night shift
  • To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
  • To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service always
  • To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
  • Join the company staff briefing, company internal meeting and leading our internal department meeting
  • To read the Employee Handbook and understand and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
  • Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Merchandising and Operation is desirable
  • Good in computer Microsoft application and other accounting software
  • Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
  • Good Health condition & teamwork
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Creative perception and honestly
  • Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
