Facility Officer (Technician )

Job Description

• Repairs and maintains the entire facility ( buildings and grounds) in charge.
• Perform by myself simple improvement work that occurs within the facility in charge.
• Regularly patrol the facilities in charge, check the operating status, conduct self-inspections,
and create records.
• Confirm and .,o, rganize potential problems at the facility in charge, regularly report to the
facility manager, and appropriately implement improvement plans.
• After checking the inspection report ofthe facility in charge (on-site depending on the number
and situation), create a risk countermeasure list, regularly report to the superior, and discuss
improvement measures.
• Create an accurate list of improvement requests and problems for the facilities in charge,
prioritize them with your superiors, and resolve the issues.
• For problem~ that cannot solve by own, hold the meeting with partner companies and create
a proposal ( process, estimated costs, etc. ).
• Compile the results against the annual budget of the facility in charge.
• Plan and conduct fire drills for assigned facilities.
• Provide guidance and improvement support regarding disaster prevention-related equipment
at the facilities in charge.
• At the store in charge of, receives and responds to requests for equipment from building
owners and store staff and coordinates with outside contractors (ADC or other construction
companies).
• Support for preparing approval documents for the facility in charge.
• Support for the other document creation, etc.

Job Requirement

• Ability to speak Khmer and English fluently in both oral and written.
• Ability to use Microsoft (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.) or architectural drawing software on a
computer.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction/equipment or facility management -related fields, or more
than two years of experience in the construction industry.
• Those who can demonstrate good performance under pressure and positive attitude.
• Those who can work on rotation on weekends and holidays.
• Honest person who can do it in good faith to work.
• Those who can learn new things and do their job with the willingness to always challenge.
• Those who have communication skills to build good relationships with other departments.
