Fixed Asset and Budgeting Manager

Job Description

Major Duties:

External Audit, internal audit & Risk

  • Facilitating external audit and dealing with all related matters to ensure timely support and Audit report issued as agreed timeline
  • Following up and updating progress on management letter
  • Monitoring on internal audit and risk related schedule

Accounting & Budgeting

  • Review Budget Template
  • To collect yearly budget from each cost center
  • To review all budget to make sure that it is not much different from actual
  • Monthly monitoring on actual compare with budget
  • Related Party management
  • Monitoring related part to ensure completion for first & second MD closing
  • Preparing and submitting Monthly P&L by Daiso and Fantasy
  • Preparing and submitting Weekly report to group 4times per month
  • Dealing with internal and external department with all relevant matter
  • Developing SOP, policy for team improvement
  • Leading new project for SAP & Profit
  • Other tasks assigned by Finance GM

FA section

  • Periodic physical counting following company rule
  • Reviewing Capex spent by project code and by store
  • Reviewing all FA creation, new acquisition, transfer, movement, disposal and written-off to ensure document and system correctly recorded
  • Handling Depreciation run for monthly FA closing
  • Checking all FA adjustment to ensure all has been posted correctly and timely
  • Reviewing all Monthly FA closing report
  • Reviewing preparing Quarterly investment report
  • Monitoring 5% retention to ensure sufficient supporting is submitted by timeline

Other Duties

  • To Participate in company events such stock take, tree planting and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned.
  • To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
  • To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
  • To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
  • To read the Employee Handbook and understand and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree graduated is preferred
  • At least 3-5 years working experiences or 2 years related to similar role
  • Knowledge of Accounting standard and Cambodia Taxation is desirable
  • Expertise on spreadsheet & pivotable
  • Experienced in Profit and SAP are advantage.
  • Ability to perform work under pressure and positive attitude
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships internal and external
  • Fluent and proficiency in English writing and speaking
