Job Description

Major Duties:

  • Management of all key performance indicators in Home Coody.
  • Responsible for international trade, orders, delivery and inventory management
  • Creating order plans and managing import schedules in cooperation with Home Coordy Japan headquarters and ATV Hong Kong, ATV Vietnam, AEON Malaysia
  • Supply chain planning, logistics management.
  • Product cost planning.
  • Monitor stock levels and make plans for buying within budget.
  • Inventory and warehouse management.
  • Share product shortage status and new product introduction schedules by warehouse in each country with the MD and OP teams
  • Responsible for receiving information from the Japanese headquarters in Japanese and communicating it to staff in English and Khmer
  • Sharing marketing information and sales information from the Japanese headquarters with each Merchandisers and Operations Teams.
  • Sharing Schematic plan information and VMD information that are regularly supplied from Japan headquarters with Merchandisers and Operations Teams.
  • Get Home Coody item information from the Home Coody website in each country and share them with our staff in English and Khmer after translation.
  • Output some date from the profit system as GM requested, and then share them with all.
  • Survey of Market and competitor. Company product analysis.
  • Correspond from a request by Senior GM. Support for department heads and managers.
  • Other Duties
    • Participate in company events such as stock take, tree planting, and other Corporate Social Responsibility as assigned.
    • To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company standards.
    • To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service always.
    • To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
    • To read the Employee Handbook and understand and adhere to the company’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
    • To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Jobs Requirements

  • Practical communication skills in Japanese.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, retail, or a related field may be preferred.
  • Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of basic word-processing tools
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Good communication skills, both written, verbal and listening.
  • Good creativity and ability to innovate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in working with team members, and suppliers.
  • Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate.
  • Ability to work with a team.
