Job Description
- Update staffs Profile to MOL
- Request New staffs Employee workbook and Health Check up to MOL
- Prepare Employment Certificate and Employee workbook for resign staffs
- Prepare NSSF claim (health care and accident)
- Prepare monthly report heath check to MOL
- OT request to Ministry by Online
- Prepare monthly Report staff’s maternity, staff plan to resign, and staff resigned
- Prepare Administration letter
- Prepare monthly MC report
- Support payroll correction
- Prepare staff Leave requisition
- OT Monthly report
- Support Payroll (Open OT quota, Delete Time Data, Issues some users error, etc….)
- Prepare HR announcement, Memo.
- Other Tasks as per supervisor assignment
Job Requirement
- Fresh graduate in business administration are encouraged to apply
- Be able to use computer (Ms. Office)
- Be able to communicate in English
- Willingness to learn, challenge and work as a team
- Personality: Strong, mature, patient and challenging etc.
