Job Description
Major Duties:
• To make documents and order Hygiene materials to QC HQ
• To do monthly hygiene checking at each MV store
• To conduct hygiene monthly meeting result to staff at MV store & MV Managements
• To check the Pest control issue (rat, roaches & others pest) then work with pest control team for
improvement plan.
• To make to the facility at each zone and report MV managements and Facility team
• To check expiry date and freshness of merchandises at sales area of each MV stores
• To spot check the expiry date of ingredients receiving at MMD entrance.
• To check at kitchen zone of expiry date of ingredients, temperature sheet, cleanliness (CTS), staffs
working ways & make improvement plan.
• To attend facility meeting or other meeting related to QC tasks.
• Other tasks will assign by QC HQ
Job Requirement
- Graduated Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Chemical Engineering or in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or in food safety and hygiene.
• Hygiene audit knowledge and training skills are a priority.
• Basic knowledge of food processing (from raw material until final product/merchandise)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing.
• Good presentation skill and ability to respond appropriately to feedback from others.
• Good oral/written communication, problem solving skills and time management.
• Good Khmer and English both verbal and written.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Must be detail orientated.
• Creativity and honesty.
• Able to work on weekends or public holidays on a rotating basis and one evening shift per
week.
