Receiver- អ្នកទទួល(10:00AM-19:00PM)

Job Description

• Responsible to do received by using HHT/manual.
• Must use DO as receiving tool.
• Must check unit of measurement (UOM) stated for each item in DO and record the Received Quantity following the correct UOM.
• Must wear mask, hair net apron to comply with QC standard operation.
• Must physically touch the merchandise during counting.
• Must record lorry temperature for perishable, Chill, and Frozen items.
• Workstation is at MMD Receiving Counter.
• Must check DO availability status only Y status is allowed to receive, no early delivery/late delivery
• Responsible to do Supplier registration process.
• Register queuing number on DO.
• Call Receiver and handover DO and HHT to Receiver to perform receiving process.
• After Receiver completed receiving process, Receiver will handover DO with received quantity and HHT

• Verification staff responsible to key in received qty into profit system/ download HHT.
• Print Receiving Note.
• Ask Supplier to check RN. Supplier must agree with qty, and amount stated in RN.
• If supplier does not agree with RN generate, proceed the DO to MMD Supervisor/ officer for Re-check procedure.
• After Supplier agreed, ask Supplier and Dept staff to sign RN. Distribute RN supplier copy to supplier & RN.
• Delivery products to
• Annual/Bi-annual/Monthly stock taking event support.
• Other tasks arrangement by management from time to time.

Job Requirement

• At least High School graduated, or related field preferred.
• One years’ experience as a stock controller in a similar industry or not related.
• Well Teamwork.
• Fair speaking, listening, writing reading Engli sh, Good in Khmer.
• Know well Microsoft Office, E-mail & Internet, Computer.
• Eager to learn and gain new experiences (curious person passion)
• Hard working, patient, flexible and be able to work under pressure.
• Honestly, friendly, morality, high responsibility for works.
• Able to work rotate weekend, holiday, or nighttime.
