Job Description
Major Duties:
- Overall to develop MV Operation SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of all MV operation stores and report to Assistant Manager
- MV Operation SOPs are Greeting, Grooming, Store Operation, 5, S Communication Skill, Aeon Figure…
- Set up schedule to train MV Operation SOP all MV staff from G2A level and below.
- After Training Operation SOP all level of staff, then need to continue with On Job Training (OJT) in actual store
- Check what you have trained so far of MV Operation SOP and OJT to make sure all level of staff are implemented following MV Operation SOP.
- Update your Operation SOP during OJT just in case that actual operation is different from yours.
- Do evaluation of staff’s SOP implementation better or worse compared to before then give some scores to each staff then report to ASSISTANT MANAGER SOP TRAINING
- Set up schedule and retrain your updated Operation SOP with OJT to make sure all levels of staff are well trained and understanding.
- Make name list for whoever joined and who did not join your training report to your boss.
- Set up schedule of MV management (G3 Above) to check at real store of MV Operation SOP within quarter (3 months) or semester (6 months).
- Need to set up schedule to check competitor stores of their operation standard to learn good points from them, then revise our MV Operation SOP with retraining our staff at least 3 months 1 time.
Job Requirement
- bachelor’s degree in management or relevant fields
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
- Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Merchandising and Operation is desirable
- Good in computer Microsoft application and other accounting software
- Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
- Good Health condition & teamwork
- Willing to learn new things
- Creative perception and honestly
- Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
