Store Development Assistant Manager_Able to use Japanese & English

Job Description

  • Search for a new property (flat land and building), and work on coordination with consulting
    partners such as real estate agents, constructors, and etc.
  • Conduct market research for potential areas (population, economy, development of area,
    competition research, creation of 3-piece set, etc.)
  • Negotiation with property owners (proposing rental conditions, suggesting store opening
    conditions, handling temporal complaints from existing stores, and etc.)
  • Conduct owner credibility survey
  • Conduct an off-site infrastructure survey and negotiation relating to the target site
    (transportation, electricity, gas, water supply and sewerage, etc.)
  • Prepare for a complete set of a contract and conclude the contracts related to real estate
    rental, such as lease agreement, letter of offer, and etc.
  • Prepare for a complete set of contract renewal work related to real estate rental, etc.
  • Communicate and work on coordination with government, local authority, and business owners.
  • Other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement

• Able to use English and Japanese fluently both orally and in writing.
• Ability to use Microsoft (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.) or construction drawing software on computer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction , Equipment or Facilities Management related field or 3+ years of experience in the real estate and construction industry.
• Serves as a role model for staff and demonstrates leadership.
• Understand higher-level policies and be able to carry out work while controlling egoism.
• Manage and run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Those who are willing to learn new things and take on challenges.
• Those who can carry out work from a short- to medium-term perspective for the development of the company.
