Job Description
– Visit the new property with superior and understand the current situation. Based on this , will organize development issues and submit them superior.
– Create materials such as concepts, drawings, and schedules, make proposal to superior and discuss direction.
– Create layout plans for new stores and renewal plan to existing stores, and propose and provide them to related department.
– Will create bidding materials based on this plan and submit/propose to superior about contractor who will paticipate in the bidding along with reason for recommending them.
– Create a contract for the contractor, thoroughly understant the confirm content, and then submit it to superior.
– Visit the side regularly (at least one a week) and confirm the major control items (Safety, process or process, quality, budget) are being promoted as planned.
– Assess problems and risks and discuss and coordinate solution and preventive measures with contractor (if neccessary, hold coordination meetings on site).
– Will manage contract orders, deliveries, and construction of contractors, equipment construction materials etc.
– Create approval documents and purchase applications as necessary, check for errors and submit to superiors.
– Participate in handover inspection with superior to ensure there are no problems or remaining wo. If there are issues point out or outstanding tasks, will compile them into the list, deal with them smoothly and quickly, and report the completion to the superior again.
– Compile handover documents ( Update layout, area table, each drawing, instruction manual, etc.), check for any deficiencies, and then submit them to superior.
– Coordinate and preparation for each meeting necessary.
Other Duties :
• Participate in assigned corporate events such as inventory counts, tree planting, and other
corporate social responsibility activities.
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the Company
standards.
• To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Read the employee handbook and understand and comply with company rules and
regulations, especially fire, sanitation, health, and safety policies and procedures.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Job Requirement
• Can speak Khmer and English fluently both orally and in writing.
• Ability to use Microsoft (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.) or construction drawing software on
computer.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction / Equipments or Facilities Management related field or 2+
years of experience in the construction industry.
• Serves as a role model for staff and demonstrates leadership.
• Understand higher-level policies and be able to carry out work while controlling egoism.
• People who can manage and execute two or more projects at the same time.
• Those who are willing to learn new things and take on challenges.
• Those who can carry out work from a short-term perspective for the development of the
company.
