Accounting Officer _ Fixed Asset

Job Description

  • Coordination receiving & checking related documents from other departments such as approval documents, purchase request and invoice related to fixed assets following company closing schedule and procedure
  • Fixed assets recording, assets code creation, tagging, photo report submission to ensure details report for new acquisition
  • Verifying on assets on progress (CWIP) capitalization on handover report, invoices, and recording following company procedure
  • Monthly monitoring on fixed assets movement and follow up with other depts, stores to ensure that the movement is encounter and transfer, disposal or write-off form is properly prepared and records
  • Monthly depreciation closing run on system and verifying depreciation report
  • Carrying on fixed assets physical count planning conduct following the Company procedure
  • Other tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or relevant fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
  • Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Accounting standard and Cambodia Taxation is desirable
  • Good in computer Microsoft application and accounting software (SAP preferable)
  • Good in computer Microsoft application and other accounting software
  • Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
  • Good Health condition & teamwork
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Creative perception and honestly

Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
