Assistant Finance Manager-(Payment and Non-Trade) ×01 Position

Job Description

  • Petty cash and Bank reconciliation
  • Daily and monthly cash flow
  • Controlling and verifying all payment voucher
  • Reviewing and ensuring team recognizing expenses and posting correctly by nature of expense and cost center
  • Preparing monthly purchase records to ensure tax withhold correctly for tax declaration
  • Monitoring Daily and Monthly payment report by nature CAPEX and OPEX
  • Monitoring Deposit, Advance timely to ensure payment and clearance on time according to contract
  • Controlling Accrual & prepaid listing and to ensure no longer outstanding and clearing correctly
  • Controlling all Non-Trade related party’s transactions, confirmation and reimbursement monthly and quarterly reconciliation
  • Managing all balance sheet GL related to Non-Trade and Payment
  • Handling Non-Trade and Payment monthly closing according to deadline
  • Reviewing all monthly report for Payment and Non-trade
  • Dealing with internal and external auditors
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or relevant fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
  • Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Accounting standard and Cambodia Taxation is desirable
  • Good in computer Microsoft application and accounting software (SAP preferable)
  • Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
  • Good health condition & teamwork
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Creative perception and honestly
  • Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
