Assistant Merchandiser_D&D-01 Position

Job Description

  • Source New assortment (with local suppliers) to meet market trend
  • Prepare new items and propose to manager
  • Control schematic plan< Plan O Gram> to propose to Manager for all stores
  • Do Market survey (Assortment, Price, Display, Promotion)
  • Renew yearly trading terms
  • Negotiate with suppliers to rent space rental, ads…increase revenue
  • Negotiate with suppliers to reduce cost price
  • Negotiate Promotions with Suppliers and demand plan to avoid OOS
  • Negotiate with potential suppliers by demand plan, monthly and/quarterly
  • Update cost and price change and work closely with OP each store
  • Check and confirm listing fee, rebate & anniversary…
  • Analyze assortment performance (slow & fast moving items)
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Division Head

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A background in merchandising, marketing, and/ or is preferred
  • High willingness to explore, accepts changes & challenges
  • Learns quickly and have willing to share
  • Able to perform under pressure and positive attitude
  • Good Health condition & good teamwork
  • Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
  • Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
  • Good in Microsoft Excel
