Deputy Night Manager -01 Position

Job Description

  1. Making first final decision before passing to store manager for last final decision of complicate problems regarding to shoplifter case or customer complaint.
  2. Work with account and cashier teams to receive and drop cash bags into cash receiving machine of daily sale of all MaxValu Stores and Phnom Penh store.
  3. Work closely with cashier team to have well control of customer long queue and support overall operation of checkout team.
  4. Check all floors to make sure that all doors/shutters/windows are properly locked/closed, and all appliances are properly turned off after store closed.
  5. Check all food courts to ensure that all water and gas supply faucets are firmly closed and well cleaned.
  6. Looking for expired, spoiled, breakage and shortage merchandises to report to respective departments/lines for acting.
  7. Work closely and constantly with food line team to promptly refill the sold items be to avoid missing of sale opportunity.
  8. Supporting QC and food line teams to check all task involved in hygiene issues in food courts and storerooms to assure all food ingredient/ material are well storing and having date control attached.
  9. Overseeing staff performance at sale area on his/her working attitude, the presence of standby person and the implementation of company rules/regulations.
  10. Support facility and delight teams to control the attendance and daily duties of security guard, cleaner and cart collector teams as well as facility tasks/issues.
  11. Assist customer to look for his/her wanted merchandises.
  12. Work with relevant department to provide correct product information.
  13. Support perishable team to display/weigh veggie and fruit, rearrange and/or pick out the spoiled ones.
  14. Check/maintain cleanliness in sale area, control customer flow, make sure customer trolley and basket are all times available, used dishes/tables are on time cleared and cleaned.

Job Requirement

  1. 30 years old above, dynamic and honest man.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality industry is a plus.
  3. Strong patience ability and talent judgement on happening incident.
  4. Able to confront with curious and aggressive complaining customer.
  5. Able to work late night with long hour in standing and walking position.
  6. Working knowledge of multiple tasks involved in facility, safety, security and hygiene
  7. Able to adopt with bad atmosphere of hygiene issue such as rotten, fishy, greasy, and dirty states.
