Digital Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description


  • Manage all company digital platforms such as Website, Applications, Facebook, Instagram YouTube and other social media to ensure all is running properly, smoothly and align with company’s policy and branding guidelines.
  • Manage in-store digital advertising channels such as Digital Signage monitors, POS Monitors, in order to increase awareness of Aeon Cambodia activities and in store promotions (daily, weekly, and monthly);
  • Make sure all in-store information, promotions, and events are reached out to customers via all available digital platforms within timelines.
  • Working with outsource, media, public news in order to make sure all the information of AEON are being reached to all customers.
  • Deal with all complaints from customers received from all digital platforms (Facebook, Website, Telegram, Instagram);
  • Response and report the necessary questions by customers on company social media.
  • Generate digital advertising revenue through company digital channels.
  • Develop Aeon house brand branding yearly plan in order to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop plan for live commerce videos.
  • Lead LIVE Commerce project by working with relevant parties to ensure the LIVE goes smoothly
  • Produce video contents and concept for products branding and promotions for social media posting
  • Lead/facilitate on video shooting projects
  • Write article (PR) about any promotion, CSR or company events
  • Strengthen AEON’s private brands and business (HC, iC, TV, Wellness, Bakery, Bike) to be well-known among the public via all digital channels
  • Create monthly digital marketing plan
  • Analyze & make report of all digital channels performance
  • Research new digital marketing trends
  • Other tasks as assigned by managements.

Job Requirement


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Related Field
  • Experience: 1 or 2 years (How to handle website and Facebook pages)
  • Good in communication, interpersonal skill, and good time management.
  • Good Khmer and English both verbal and written. (Japanese is a plus).
  • Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.
