Facility Officer – 01 Position

Job Description

  • Repairs and maintains the entire facility ( buildings and grounds ) in charge.
  • Regularly patrol the facilities in charge and check the actual operational status. ( Especially regarding the operation of entire ADC service and equipment for which we have an annual contract ).
  • After checking the inspection report of the facility in charge (on-site depending on the number and situation) submitted monthly by the ADC, create a risk countermeasure list, regularly report to the superior, and discuss improvement plans.
  • Confirm and organize potential problems at the facility in charge, regularly report to the facility manager, and appropriately implement improvement plans.
  • After accurately hearing the requests of the facilities in charge and creating a list, we will discuss plans with partner companies and create a proposal ( process, estimated cost, etc. ).
  • Provide facility managers with materials such as repair and maintenance schedules for the facilities they are responsible for, and make on-site settings and adjustments.
  • Compile results against the annual budget of the facility in charge and verify differences ( or propose improvements ).
  • Planning and implementation of fire drills for assigned facilities.
  • Assist with the setup and needs of other lines and departments related to assigned facility equipment and systems.
  • Receives and responds to requests for assigned equipment from building owners and coordinates with outside contractors (ADC or other construction companies).
  • Confirm that all programs and equipment at the facility in charge are operating smoothly, discuss improvements and changes with superiors, and provide guidance and implementation on site.
  • Support for preparing approval documents for the facility in charge.
  • Support for superiors (preparing materials, attending meetings on your behalf, etc.

Job Requirement

  • Ability to speak Khmer and English fluently in both oral and written.
  • Ability to use Microsoft (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.) or architectural drawing software on a computer.
  • A bachelor’s degree in construction/equipment or facility management -related fields, or more than two years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Those who can demonstrate good performance under pressure and positive attitude.
  • Those who can work on rotation on weekends and holidays.
  • Honest person who can do it in good faith to work.
  • Those who can learn new things and do their job with the willingness to always challenge.
  • Those who have communication skills to build good relationships with other departments.
