Job Description

  • Responsible for: PLAYGROUD

Major Duties:

  1.   Daily Staff Management (Manpower schedule)
  • Conduct briefing in line
  • Check Paperwork (DWS for today in notice board before store open, Checking SAP attendance and approval once have any amendment for etc)
  • Staff Greeting
  • Join Meetings
    2. Sales Area Management
  • Sales Floor
  • Fitting Room
  • Cashier Counter
  • POP, Show Card & Price Card Availability
    3. Merchandise Management
  • Manage Merchandise
  • Manage Non Merchandise
  • Prevent items loss
  • Stock Card and Loss Prevention
  • Manage Cash Memo
    4. Backroom Management (Loss Management)
  • Security and loss management
  • Backroom Management
  • Loading Bay Checking
  1. Oversee facility, hygiene and cleanliness matter to ensure all the lighting at selling floor is function especially inside the fitting room, and cleanliness at sales area
  2. Weekly
  • Ordering
  • VMD / Merchandise Display
  • Price Alteration, PA Zero and Ordering Checking
  • Check OOS items and countermeasures
  • Prepare Promotion Plans
  • Check Price Card / P.O.P
  • Concess Counter (Checking the availability of promoters in each counter)
  1. Monthly
  • Time-Table Scheduling (Roster, Budget Setting, SAP Monthly planning schedule)
  • KPI (KEY PERFORMANCE INDEX)
  • Office Management
  • Promotion Plan
  • Monthly Review
  • Other tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or relevant fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
  • Good problem solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to recommend problem with effective solutions.
  • Good at staff motivation: high ability to inspired team to achieve company goal.
  • Strong Management skill:  Hight ability to manage and lead team.
  • Hight influence on team to achieve company goals.
  • Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
  • Good in computer skill.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
  • Good Health condition & teamwork
