Job Description

Main Duties:
o NSSF payment and process claim
o OT request
o Staffs’ Movement
o Employment book and Work permit process
o Register new enterprise.
o Health report
o Shop Steward Election
o Update staff’s profile
o Prepare Visa for foreigner employees.
o Control Disciplinary records
o Control staffs’ leaves Request
o Prepare Administration letter, Memo and Announcement
o Prepare Internal staff internal Health Check-up.
o Support payroll
o Other tasks as per supervisor assignment.

Job Requirement

– Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
– At least 1 year experience in compliance and payroll tasks or related fields
– Able to work on flexible schedule
– Support HR team on Staff Recruitment and maintain employee database
– Able to maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments
