Human Resource Senior Officer

Job Description

  • To ensure the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures by all employees.
  • To enhance management-staff relationship and update company information to all employee
  • To ensure implementation and adherence of grooming standards to all employees/promotors
  • To ensure that Human Resources personnel provide the appropriate level of professional, courteous, and caring service to fellow employees.
  • Manage process of staff disciplinary action, filing and reporting
  • Work with first aids team to compile report and discuss for further action to improve occupational, health and safety
  • Consult with related management/staff on employee’s handbook
  • Labor law update to related management/staff
  • Conduct/Arrange interview such as New Staff Interview, Exit Interview, Promotion Interview
  • Monthly Training HR Course (Orientation, HR Handbook, SAP, Wage Calculation)
  • To achieving of MBO in the agreed timeframe and deliverables.
  • Conduct recruitment, on boarding, requirement document completion
  • Entry and management employee information in HRMIS and running some report as required by management
  • Other duties will be assigned by Management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Management or relevant fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry
  • Be a supportive person to other staff, be a supportive person to other staff, Solving problem and environment development
  • Be passionate, proactive, a self-starter, commercially smart, dynamic, creative, and detail oriented.
  • To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service always.
  • To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments
  • To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required
  • Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
  • Good in computer Microsoft application
  • Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
  • Good Health condition & teamwork
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Creative perception and honestly
  • Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
