Legal Senior Officer – 01 Position

Job Description

  • To assist in conducting legal analysis and research on various legal matters and risk management related to Legal Compliance of company business.
  • To assist Legal Manager to raise different legal issues and assist in drafting legal and official documents of Company.
  • To follow-up the license and permit registration for business operation including from: Ministry of Commerce, General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Environment, Phnom Penh Capital Hall and so on.
  • Other duties will be assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or relevant fields
  • At least 01 year of experience in a comparable position in another industry
  • Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of law standard in Cambodia practice is desirable
  • Good in computer Microsoft application
  • Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
  • Good Health condition & teamwork
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Creative perception and honestly
  • Keep Confidentiality as a core element of the tasks
  • Able to work rotate weekend or holiday but respect company working hour.
