Marketing & Promotion Executive – 01 Position

Job Description

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Making competitor activities (monthly) and report to marketing manager
  • Recording department budget, expenses and revenue report
  • Support promotion and digital team in organizing all type of company events and project.
  • Prepare and deliver POSM to stores based on events and activity.
  • Working with operation teams to ensure in store POSM are being provided to each line based on seasonal event, public holidays event, or any requested from each line.
  • working with promotion & digital team & Design team and communicate with external supplier on print production and timescales.

Job Requirement

  • Gender: both male/female
  • Time: 8:30 – 5:30
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree/other equivalents
  • Language: English (Fair/Good)
  • Experience: 1 or 2 years
  • Computer skill: Ms. Words/Excels
  • Able to work rotate weekend or holiday
