Store Development Senior Officer

Job Description


  • Find new location for opening new store
  • Negotiate with landlords for the best term & condition
  • Do research and analyses for space building rental
  • Area inspection and searches for new business location
  • Analyze the property market trend and prospect location
  • Visit perspective location
  • Provide daily, weekly report to General Manager of market trend status
  • Do report and conduct presentation to management for new potential location
  • Meet and build relationship with relevant partners
  • Other duties will be assigned by management.

Job Requirement


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry or real estate
  • Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
  • Excellent Negotiations Skill
  • Knowledge of process of leasing agreement
  • Understand of real estate market and trend
  • Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and good at presentation skill
  • Outgoing, possible to work by both teamwork and independently
  • Good Health condition & teamwork
  • Willing to learn new things and Self-Learning
  • Be able to work travel for searching new store location
  • Creative perception and honestly
  • Able to work rotate weekend, or holiday
