- Find new location for opening new store
- Negotiate with landlords for the best term & condition
- Do research and analyses for space building rental
- Area inspection and searches for new business location
- Analyze the property market trend and prospect location
- Visit perspective location
- Provide daily, weekly report to General Manager of market trend status
- Do report and conduct presentation to management for new potential location
- Meet and build relationship with relevant partners
- Other duties will be assigned by management.
តម្រូវការការងារ
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant fields
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position in another industry or real estate
- Good in Khmer and English both verbal and written
- Excellent Negotiations Skill
- Knowledge of process of leasing agreement
- Understand of real estate market and trend
- Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and good at presentation skill
- Outgoing, possible to work by both teamwork and independently
- Good Health condition & teamwork
- Willing to learn new things and Self-Learning
- Be able to work travel for searching new store location
- Creative perception and honestly
- Able to work rotate weekend, or holiday
